7. Client Responsibilities

- Not use our services for illegal purposes
- Maintain appropriate licenses for themes and plugins
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Manta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WP Manta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, we will provide you with any data or backups as applicable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website remain the property of WP Manta. Custom code developed specifically for your website becomes your property upon full payment.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
